Through its facets and contrasts Croatia is considered unique work of nature. It enchants with countless natural beauties and has a wide range of landscapes. From the marvelous Karst Mountain ranges, forests, olive groves, sandy islands, bays and reefs. The country combines Mediterranean charm with cultural value. Currently Croatia is listed with 7 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, with six in the Culture category and one in the category Nature.

In the water-rich region 116 beaches and 19 marinas were awarded with the Blue Flag. This makes the Croatian Adriatic Sea to one of the cleanest waters in the Mediterranean.

In 2009, Croatia fulfilled one of the criteria for accession to the European Union - namely „The openness of the markets to foreign countries“. 
Since then foreigners from the EU-memver states have the chance to invest in an open free market.  In addition, the digitization of cadastral, ensures a transparent spatial data system. In recent years Croatia has invested heavily into their economic infrastructure, as a result the country has rapidly developed and is a fully modernized in this regard.
